Stanbic Kenya Foundation in partnership with the (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH) and the The County Government of Uasin Gishu to celebrate the graduation of 212 entrepreneurs in the County, who went through a five-day capacity building training.
The 212 participants were trained in business resilience, digital sales, marketing, financial and people management, access to markets & new value chains as well as legal compliance requirements.The Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) Resilience program was launched in 2022 with the aim accelerating business recovery and growth of SMEs post the COVID-19 pandemic. Access to Finance is a challenge that the entrepreneurs face and we are proud to announce that to date 108 MSMEs in Uasin Gishu County have accessed affordable finance as part of the program.
