Naivas supermarket has officially opened its doors of its newest outlet in Nairobi Central business district locate along Aga Khan Walk at the famous Uchumi House.
The new store is the retailer’s 6th outlet within the CBD with the other five outlets being: Ronald Ngala, Moi Avenue, Development House, Lifestyle Foodmart and Muindi Mbingu Express.
Speaking during the official opening of the new outlet, the Chief Commercial officer, Mr. Willy Kimani noted that the city’s population is still underserved and the new outlet will provide the needs of all customers.
“I reiterate that the city’s population is still underserved, given that at least 3 million people work, transit through or transact business within the CBD on daily basis. This of course means that the new outlet will provide another strategic location for them to do so, “he said.
He further added that their commitment is to ensure that they deliver a truly authentic Kenyan hospitality and the new outlet will fully deliver that.
“This hospitality dictates that you extend a helping hand when you see your neighbor in need. It is for this reason that despite the challenging economic times, Naivas is living up to its brand promise; saves you money, by ensuring shoppers enjoy exclusive sales offers thus providing them with a reprieve against hard times,” he stressed.
He concluded that other stores lined up for opening before the close of the year are Malindi, Greenspan and Embakasi.
