Longhorn Publishers PLC Board of Directors has informed its shareholders and stakeholders of its decision to appoint Thomas Omondi as an alternate non-executive director to Centum Investment Company Plc in place of Samwel Kariuki.
Longhorn is a listed publisher at the Nairobi Securities Exchange while Omondi is a partner in portfolio operations within Centum and oversees the implementation of value creation plans in portfolio companies.
Omondi joined Centum from Kenya Airways Limited, where he was the Strategy and Performance Management Director. He had been in the Airline industry for over 13 years in various senior management positions, including Information Technology, Operations Control, Cargo Operations, Jambojet Airline, Human Resources and Commercial.
