KEPSA together with African Management Institute (AMI) signed a collaboration agreement that will see 700 SMEs benefit from a learning program dubbed ‘Grow your business’ designed to support SMEs’ growth through training, while at the same time testing the effectiveness of learning programmes for SMEs.
The agreement was signed in KEPSA offices by Mr. Harrison Ngatia –KEPSA Head of Projects and SME Development together with Ms Naomi Kirungu – Lead, Marketing & Activation, African Management Institute.
The learning programme, which is set to kick-off in January 2023, aims at upscaling businesses to pursue growth goals and build the people and processes for success. The programme will be delivered virtually by experienced coaches and trainers.
AMI is a Pan African organization that equips entrepreneurs with practical tools and training so as to build and grow their businesses.
