Safaricom PLC has appointed Cynthia Karuri-Kropac as Chief Enterprise Business Officer effective September 1.
Karuri replaces Joseph Wanjohi who has been serving in an acting capacity since May.
Wanjohi took over as interim Chief Enterprise Business Officer in May after the position fell vacant following the exit of Kris Senanu barely one year after joining the telco.
