The Listed Investment firm, Centum PLC has tapped the expertise of Mical Agina,an advocate of High Court of Kenya as its Company Secretary.Upon her appointment Mical served in various capacities within the Company since 2014 with the recent job as the head of Tax responsible for the firm’s tax affairs.
Mical has over 13 years in strategic tax planning, deal structuring, tax and corporate law.She has been a strategic contributor in the Company’s transactions over the years with specific experience in shareholder arrangements, investment strategies,due diligence and transaction support.Prior to joining the company,Agina worked as a senior Tax Advisor at KPMG Kenya.
